When you submit an enquiry or trade-account request on this website, we collect the details you provide — your name, company, email, phone number and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, to set up and manage a trade account, and to supply the products and services you ask for.
Our lawful bases are your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business. If you go on to open an account, we also process data to perform our contract with you.
How forms are handled
Website form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service (Web3Forms) purely to pass your message to sales@ralco-elec.co.uk. Your details are not sold or used for marketing without your permission.
